Cancellation Policy 

1. You have the right to cancel your service free of charge up to 2 days in advance of your appointment.

2. Thereafter, a 30% of service administration fee will be taken as your deposit for the booking cancellation. This will become due when you inform us that you longer wish to have our service or do not attend without the correct notice period. We are having to unfortunately introduce this policy due to some clients booking prime time appointments and just not turning up or cancelling last minute which we understand cannot be helped at times but can mean other clients are disappointed.

Rescheduling Policy

1. Rescheduling your appointment is permitted free of charge 48 hrs before your appointment then we will or we can move your appointment to any Daiva’s venue and date of your choice.

2. Not show appointment 30% of service.

Gift Voucher Policy

This voucher may only be used by the gift voucher holder and it can only be used once and cannot be redeemed as cash. This voucher is valid for 6 months after the purchase date.From ordering the voucher online by phone or email you have 48 hrs. To complete the payment for the voucher so that the voucher can be issued or it will be cancelled.
